As I saw the pov , u have given the punishment to 396246 for Deceiving admin . I think he was too far from the person who give the demand so how will the guy (396246) will know that the demands were given . I guess the punishment to the guy (396246) is given maybe because of misunderstanding , So I appeal to please remove his punishment .
