Rejected Unban appeal GR 1.1 I King Spectre

Ok so I was logging in so I could go on duty as SAHP where I'm a High Command and I couldn't because GR1.1 which isn't applicable as I have 2fa nd I am the only one with access to my email and password and to where I store the backup code. I flew out of city for a while whilst I was on holiday in Luxembourg and then played after I was back in Scotland and then I recently joined SAHP as a HC and have been spending all my time in city on duty and haven't actually done anything wrong within my account. I made it and nobody knows my email and password not even close friends or family. I was also given only 60 days when it states its a permanent ban so none of this makes sense if you need I might be able to find proof I was on vacation but this ban isn't right. I also was on holiday in England before so I don't know why i'm banned.
