All evidence is in my POV as you will see as I approached my door to go outside i was approached by this stranger that pulled a teaser without giving demands and taste me and also handcuffed me as I was trying to go back my family which I already had it open to enter the family house And now I've just had a code a which has now put me in jail

Here is my POV of me giving this gentlemen demands that he so kindly laid out for you guys that I didn't do.

Citizens have the right to refuse to show their ID and passport citizens also have the right to stand on their own private property without being harassed by law enforcement as was I doing i was standing on my family's private property no crimes was be committed and nor was I wanted by the state On top of that you will see that the time stamp is different than the time stamp of the actual incident plus at the same time in my POV i was completely wearing black well yet in the pov that chap is wearing red Two separate incidences

Tho it is true that you do have the right to refuse to identify yourself, it is a criminal act.

"3.6 Failure to identify Intentionally refusing to provide any means of state issued identification upon the lawful request of a state employee. Categorized as a Class D felony and entails a monetary penalty of ten thousand dollars ($10.000)."

If you didn't do anything criminal, I don't see why showing your passport would be a big issue.
It's also clear that your POV does not show the full situation judging by the way the agent talked to you and the video he provided.

I'd also very much like to know just how realistic it is that you can walk through a door while you're laying on the ground completely helpless as you just got tazed.

Was this said to your family or the agent? There was obviously a situation going on before your clip and you are trying to clip it to your benefit.
