Secondly if you Found a Tresspasser inside NG down, How can you patch him without cuffing him cause according to rules any civilian or Officer Except NG is not allowed to enter NG without any IC reason and if he does he will be seen as a tresspasser in the Eyes of NG and should be arrested if caught.
