Ok after reading it 10 times I understood what he was trying to say .
He is saying that if our prime platinum is active he can call an ambulance when he is unconscious and do the CL and he will be back to alive

Bro that's not a feature of Prime Platinum it is considered as bug and we call it CL Bug Abuse - Ban for 30 days
