Please help my game always starts with a Black Screen and then crashes

So ye my game always starts with a Black Screen and then after 2-3 seconds exits without error and I am back on Desktop.
I disabled Steam Overlay but still the same thing happens.
Any ideas? Its a completely fresh installation.

go the rage app and go to top right sides in the picture - settings and set it exactly like mine

Thanks for the reply! I tried that and set it the same, but it still just drops to Desktop after 2-3 sec Blackscreen.
