Life Story:
Lev was born into a small family in New Zealand, with just his mum, dad and twin brother. At 3 his dad died of kidney failure causing him and his brother to grow up without a role model. He would often get caught stealing from shops or fighting with other kids at school. When he was only 14 his mother became sick and unable to work. Lev's brother got a job at a local gym, but Lev chose the life of crime instead. He robbed stores and stole money from people to keep his family fed and warm. He was extremely dedicated to whatever it was he wanted to do, and was loyal to his family more than anything, even if it meant dying. His mother ended up passing away when he was 15 so Lev packed his bags and moved to Los Santos where he looked to make a fresh start. He spent his nights driving taxis, and his days were spent training to get into LSPD.
Career Story:
Lev started his professional career in Los Santos at the LSPD when he finally qualified to join as a towie. He was dedicated to his job, and quickly beat records for most amount of tows in a day. He quickly rose through the ranks due to his dedication and loyalty eventually becoming the head of SWAT where he gained a lot of tactical knowledge, and leadership skills. He dedicated almost a year to LSPD until his twin brother had risen through the ranks and become the General of the National Guard and needed help. He happily transferred over to the National Guard where he took the position of Lt. General, where he uses his past life of crime experience to counter crime families and gangs with their plans.
Outcomes:
1- Lev can take up to 100k and/or request any illegal items as bribes.
2- Lev can try to search for a bodycam and break it if found. (/try Searches for bodycam. /Do Breaks bodycam)
3- Lev can use illegal weapons while on duty (Mainly Heavy Sniper)
4- Lev can take contracts to break people out of prison.
5- Lev can deny or lie about putting out departments for lawyers.
6- Lev can release his friends of family from custody, and/or help them escape.
7- Lev can refuse to identify or give false information.
8- Lev can break all IC laws (making sure to stay within OOC rules).
