Hi dear Curator,

I am in Lifeinvader for a while now, I have served as DHOD of HR, Journalism, as well as HOD of Creative. So after the term ended this time, I applied for Leader as well. I understand a leader has already been selected and congrats to him. But I just want to know, what are the criteria's of getting selected for the leader interview. This will help me to decide if I want to re-apply in the future or explore somewhere else.
