I was competing with this player for strawberries for a decent amount of time now, until he purposefully crashed his helicopter into me, using the helicopter blades to kill me to collect all the strawberries before me.

After viewing this personally, it was clear that the suspect's intent was not to get the strawberries near the victim, but to instead clear him off so he could get all the strawberries for himself.

This is proven when he directly lands into the victim instead of landing a safe distance away. The suspect is fully at fault here.
