First of all hello, I would like this forum to be reviewed by higher authorities

First of all, in this video we were joking with the people in front of our family house, their friend (in red) came and opened fire on us and we had to shoot him and that's how it started, the person in red called his friend freija to ban us (I don't know if this call is in-game or via dm or metagaming, I want this to be investigated):

here they are speaking in turkish and freija says that the person in red is his friend and the person in red is looking for freija, I witnessed these conversations and if a turkish manager watches this video he will understand :

Here the man in the red shirt with the ID 231058 spoke Turkish again Freija should have punished him but she only punished me, so you can clearly see that Freija did not punish them but only used her power on us :

I demand that a Turkish authorized administrator review these videos and investigate whether freijan was called from the admin complaint or whether he was called via dm or voice call.

For your first video i got rdm ticket ingame when i was there it's situation already was happening. I give your friend warn for punish cause FL in RP. From my side its clean punish.
For second video there is nothing to check.
For 3. one You are calling me and saying admin etc. etc. You deserve mute punish.
Normaly You break GR 5.3 Rule at tickets aswell but I just want to be nice .

my problem is why they didn't get a penalty even though they spoke Turkish, they didn't get a penalty even though they violated the rules, you just focused on us

First of all, I suggest you pay attention to your words when talking to the admin.
Secondly; If there is no RP yes there is no problem in speaking Turkish. You get punish because of mixing, not because of FL in RP.
