1. Leader of Federal Investigation Bureau (FIB).

2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization?

(1.) Activity and Trust, I want to become leader of this organization because ever since I’ve flew into the city I've been mostly apart of FIB because of what they do and how they operate, besides my early days in being apart of SAHP most of my career was spent in FIB. Receiving no/minimal strike “Ic’ly) only 1 OCC warning. With this information I know i can keep the organization up and running, fully active with if offered and respected by the curator go for a second term. FIB WILL BE ACTIVE and doing patrols and operations through the city and its jurisdiction with minimal down time being a fully operational organization after it’s freeze if chosen as a leader.

(2.) Knowledge and Understanding, being in this city for and apart of FIB and SAHP I'm fully aware of all rules OOC’ly and IC’ly being apart of legal organizations. Being apart of this organization seeing different leaders good and bad I know what to do and what to work on. Being high command multiple times. HOD, DHOD, Supervisor and 00 agent, i have to knowledge on what to do and what the organization curators expect. I have the understanding to manage the organization and the people within it to make it thrive and be successful by leading the way not just for FIB but for other legal organizations.

(3.) Leadership, Activity, Trust, knowledge and understanding I know what to do and how to do it and what to expect from my organization. Being in high ranking position I already have had leadership experience and how to manage and improve the people in my department and organization.

3. Your advice for improving the Role Play level in the organization

My advice for improving Role Play is making sure the people that join this organization and in high ranking positions know what they are getting into, fully aware of the rules and make FIB an organization that people lookup to and want to be apart of. With that said you cannot improve roleplay if your organization lacks the knowledge of the roles and isn’t active within the organization going out and making the organization known. Working together with other organizations and keeping up and in contact with their leadership and high command builds trust through not just your organization but throughout the whole city. Communication is a big part of leadership and being a leader of an organization, mastering that will build a lot of trust, confidence and courage. Having and maintaining a healthy relationship ship with your organization is the most important thing you can do as a leader.

Departments and Information:

Undercover
: Undercover is a very important department within FIB. This department gives up/ seeks out the information (evidence) that the we need as on organization to setup raids and certain events.

S.A.U and SPEC OPS: This department is no less important than any other, this department will be our lead in events like gun store/ store robberies just to name a few to keep things controlled and going smoothly within the organization and events.

Human Resources/ IA: No less but equally important as all other departments this department will keep the organization up and running by doing activity checks, handling reports, and making sure the organization is aware of any changes that happen within the city and keep updated will law changes.
