Upon reviewing the evidences , i have decided to Accept this report
ID: 113798 will be punished for VDM and RDM
ID: 152906 will be punished for RDM
Reason :- Using your vehicle for hurting / killing someone is not allowed
Reason :- When outside the GHETTO you must engage in RP before shooting someone. For example issue them demands and if they do not listen to your demands within 5 seconds you can shoot them. ​
