Rejected Ban for Under Investigation | Alan Federal

Hey Lebron Sir !! Hope you finds this well. Today i got banned for 30 days for under investigation by alan federal and the only reason was no mic audio in my proof because my geforce mic settings was put to push to talk and thats why no mic recordings was recorded and he (alan) gave me soo harsh punishment for 30 days.

I have a question to you sir, is it punishable to be honest ?? i provided proper proofs and because of mic not recorded they ban me for 30 days. They have the option to reject my appeal but they choose to ban me why sir

So sir i request to you, can u reduce my ban period if possible as i know you will also not remove my ban but i think you can reduce it . Please Sir !!!

Sir you can check ballas side pov i was talking to them and properly complying there demands but i forgot to put my geforce shadowplay mic settings on -always on- later did i realised after saving recording that mic audio was not recorded . i didnt knew i will get a ban for 30 days for no mic audio , as i have made very few proof againt players and gangs (only 1 against player and 1 againt gang).

i didnt do a bug abuse or cheating or break rules then why do i get ban for 30 days
