After the death of the last remaining parent, Freaky had to hitherto uncover his unique story by debiting and crediting the streets of a legendary city in Kenya whose clashes stood as challenges to his inherent and inextinguishable flame of hope. The poverty made many dreams impossible and to be out of the shadow of poverty, he had made it a habit to pause for at least several hours in the local parking, where he borrowed English newspapers lost by other people and pages for sale to enlarge his knowledge and support his vision. After my remarkable journey from a destitute village to joining the police force, his triumph soon turned into a sinister tale. Assigned to collaborate with a group of seasoned officers notorious for their corrupt practices, he was gradually drawn into their unethical ways. What initially started as minor favors and overlooked transgressions eventually escalated into active involvement in the illicit black market and shady dealings with local gangs. The young man who had once aspired to bring pride to his mother now found himself entangled in a web of deceit and criminality. It became evident that his path as a law enforcement officer had veered far away from the cherished ideals of justice he once held dear.
