2. I Have Lots Of Experience Not Only Gangs also in legal orgs. I Know How To Lead 30-40 Members.
2.1. i was also in unoffical family and also i was deputy of it i have experience of gangs more then legal org i want to become leader of ballas because i want to get experience as a gang leader and also i want to make ballas a most active and most hight gang in city
2.2 i will make sure i will make my gang most active gang in city we will do maximum store robbery , highway robbery , fz raid and hostage situation with proper rp and without any rule break
2.3 i will make sure that we will not disturb the rp of city or break rp
3. Your advice for improving the Role Play level in the organization.
i will make sure that i will hire the best turfer to win most of clands
i will make sure that i will only invite experience member in my gang to maintain good rp situation ( minimum 5 years in city )
i also have a good deputy and under deputy team to manage the gang properly and dont break any gang
I will try my best to achieve 100% turf goal in my term with minimal warnings.
i will make sure that i do not invite toxic members in my gang
i will only promote members according to their perfomance
