1. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization?
1. I want to use all my leadership skills in this organization to add something of myself to the organization and the city of GrandRP and improve my skills as much as possible, and it will be an honor for me to become the leader of Ballas.
2. I am successful in problem solving, strategic thinking and event management. When I become the leader, I plan to strengthen our team with new strategies that will take it to the heights, coordinate activities and organize events.

2. Your advice for improving the Roleplay level in the organization:
1. To teach those who are entering a gang for the first time what they should and shouldn't do in the city.
