2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
Answer:
I personally think being a leader of LSPD would give an opportunity to make a positive impact in the city and its citizen. Being a leader and making a impact on growth and future of the city and upcoming chief of LSPD is all I reflect on.

Here are some reasons for why I want to be a leader this specific organisation:-

i> COMMITMENT TO CITY SAFETY AND TRUST: As a leader i would prioritize the well-being and safety of the city. Leading LSPD I would like to implement strategies that focuses on preventing crime and apply plans the would help build relationships with the citizens and working together to address common challenge. Building trust between law enforcement and citizen is essential. As a leader I would like to prioritize open communication and respectful nature toward the citizen and foster a positive relationship. Such level of engangement with the citizen can help address their problems and concerns and improve citizen safety.

ii> EXPERIENCE AND LEADERSHIP SKILL: I bring an extensive experience in law enforcement working in various organisation and its various department. My background equips me with skills necessary for mentoring officer, make quick responsive decisions and handle high pressure situations. I want to share my knowledge and foster a professionalism and respectful positive environment within the LSPD.

iii> POSITIVITY WITHIN THE ORGANISATION: I believe that a strong positivity within the organisation is key to success. I would prioritize open communication, teamwork, recognition for hardwork making an environment where everyone feels motivated and valued.





3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
Answer:
As a leader my priority for improving and enrichment of the Roleplay and Roleplay scenario would be on top.

Here are some of my ideas to implement a good roleplay within the organisation:

i> SPECIALISED DIVISIONS: I would like to introduce new specialised divisions within the LSPD for instance Public relation unit, traffic safety unit, emergency negotiation unit, special event and crowd management unit. This will not only allow officer to join their expertise unit/division but also will provide a unique roleplay within the organisation.

ii> REGULAR TRAINING PROGRAMS: Regular training sessions for newly recruited officer about various aspect of law enforcement and from basi to advanced tactics. Providing them with proper scenario based training and coping them up with a well knowledge officer would help experience a better roleplay.

iii> COLLABORATION: Partnership with other department and other organisation in the city like EMS FIB AND SAHP to perform a joined operations and events would also help create a engaging roleplay within the organisation.

iv> BONUS SYSTEM AND RANKING SYSTEM: Creating an extensive bonus system can enhance motivation performance and engagement within the officers and organisation. With all the bonuses for the event they attend I would like to add some of my ideas like performance based bonus, rewards for engagement and positive communication with the citizens, for the teamwork (successful joint operation), excellence in duty ,event response rewards. This will make a enriched roleplay experience within the organisation. Along with bonus a good ranking system and ranking officer for their hardwrok and passion for the organisation and not ranking according to favouritism.

v>COMMUNICATION: A good positive communication within the organisation and among the officers is the key to excel the organisation roleplay. Doing weekly meetings with the officer sharing updates,discuss about ongoing crime within the city listening to officers feedback. Implementing a system to celebrate individual and team achievements. This implementation can improve roleplay with the organisation.

vi> EVENTS WITHIN THE ORGANISATIONS: Hosting some small events on weekly basis within the organisation can help improve the roleplay among the officer. for instance hosting a promotion ceremony or hosting a event to appreciate and cerebrate individual and team achievements.
