2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization?

- I want to become the leader of LSPD because i gained so much experience in all the legal orgs and I think LSPD is the best organization to work, I gained so much knowledge about legal orgs and gangs and now I am confident to handle any type of RP situations at anytime.

- As I gained so much experience in legal orgs and I see that some officers did some big mistake which result in the disband of the organization so I will make sure that my every officer know rules and they don't do any big mistake.

- As we all know LSPD is the best org and mostly people like LSPD because we have many things to do here we can do many RP in LSPD, so I will make sure that every thing is going in a proper RP and I will try my best to motivate my officers by giving them bonuses and promotion so they can be more active and give their best to sever our city.

3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.

My advices to improve the RP level in the organization:

- I will give time to choose my cos of all the departments and i will choose the best experienced guy who can handle the department so that our officers in the LSPD follow all the RP in the correct way and if they are doing something wrong so the cos will teach them and make sure they didn't did the same mistake again.

- I will give my officers good bonuses and time to time promotions so they will be happy and be motivated to handle any situations regarding crime in the city.

- As a legal org member many times i see lots of officers are misusing their powers they are arresting and giving fines for no reason sometimes they are provoking our citizens so I will make sure that my officers don't misuse their powers and if they did strict action will be taken upon them.

- I see many times every department in the organization becomes very inactive after sometime so I will also give punishments to the COS of the departments for inactivity and I will give them some time to regain the activity again if they didn't get back their activity I will make the new COS and make sure that the department is active and not doing any kind of big mistakes.

- I will make sure that every officer be friendly with other officers if I see any toxicity among them i will make sure strict action will taken among them.
