Ballas Street Gang
2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
I want to become Ballas Leader because I have been Playing other Rp Projects and had been leader of Gangs there where I got some experience and then my friend call me in this Project and I found it very good and I gained experience in the gangs and Now I feel confident of applying for the Leadership of Ballas I left other Rp Servers Because they are boring and I found this Project very Good and I can be a good leader as I am Hardworking and I never give up on something I learn the rules of the server an I follow them.
And As I know Ballas Street Gang is not a Powerful Gang and I want to make this Gang the most Powerful Gang in City I will alliance with all the gangs and terrorize the city and show the leos the true power of gangs and the Power of Ballas as it alliance all the gangs and change the rivalry into brotherhood In my Leadership there will be no competition with other gangs except ( Turf ) we will only do terrorism like doing hostage situation every hour and make the leos kneel
I will do 100% Turf fulfill the numbers of ( Store/Gunstore ) task given per week I will complete my gang without any warns or verbals and I will not be participated in any targetting of other orgs I will fulfill my words and make this term the best term of En3 History.
3. Your advice for improving Role Play in the organization.
1: The Players who are toxic and do toxicity will be kicked directly as there will be 0 tolerance for them and will make other gang members to follow the rules properly
2: Every event will be Leaded by a deputy or Me as a Leader so the people don't do rulebreaks and will teach them everything properly
3: There will be a bonus for only joining events so players come and everybody have fun and enjoy the roleplay.
4: we will alliance with other gangs to do crazy things like attacking the Capitol etc.
