- Leader Of LSPD
2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
- As I Started My Journey in the server with no server knowledge and with zero experience . I was Playing with some known guys and some known family members . I learnt about the server rules and functions and spent years of hardwork. I got to know about the organisations in the city and their importance in the city . My first organisation was SAHP . After SAHP i was very curious to try out the funtions and working of los santos police department .
When I Joined LSPD as a rookie , i got my training of all the phases and i was contributing my most in the growth of the organisation . By Hard work i was getting rank ups . At The End I achieved Cos position in the lspd which i was greatfull to the chief of police that time .
- I Have a lot of experience in leading the organisations as i have been in all the organisations in the city . After leading almost each Organisation i am now ready to face some great challenges by achieving chief of police position .
By Playing Almost 6 hours a day i think i would be able to handle an org with my skills and dedication. I am commiting to make Los santos police department more active . I would implement different systems and fuctions to make it smoother and will work on where lspd lacked in this recent terms .
- In The Past Term Too , I Applied And Tried To Get An Term But Since it was not my time , i was unable to get it .

3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
- To Make The Roleplay Scenario would be my first priority.
- Weekly Meetings With employees about the gangsters and theft increasing in city
- Weekly Mass Training Sessions With My Human Resources Teams .
- 24/7 Patrolling , fines , tows , arrest in the city . To Stop the threat of gangster and criminal activities .
- Always Communicating With Radio Codes While on Radio .
- To maintain professionalism and great relations with other organisations and helping them whenever needed .
- Classified and specific departments for each different work .
- Ranks On The Basis of Server Knowledge and experience
- To Focus on quality not quantity
- Keeping Very Experienced Hc's and conducting meeting within hc's to avoid conflicts and biasedness
- Exclusive Wages And Promotion Ceremony In An Week For motivating employees
