pov owner is using OBS to record his pov.he is hiding his overlay sounds with that what is illegal.his voice is coming also other character sound is visible.but his game gun sound and footstep sound is not visible.
6.17 It is forbidden to use OBS and any similar softwares for recordings. All overlays must be recorded.

I think POV owner is using OBS Studio for recording which is illegal.

6.17 It is prohibited to use OBS or any similar software for recordings. All overlays must be included in the recording. The user’s voice and other character sounds are audible, but game sounds such as gunfire and footsteps must also be captured.

I think pov owner use obs to record cause there is no footstep sound or gunshot sound rather only his voice is coming .
