1. Leader of LOS SANTOS POLICE DEPARTMENT
2. Why do you want to be Leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with explanation)
1) i would like to be a leader for this org because i have been in this org more than than any others with in the city, i have been a deputy Chief for 3 terms and through out all 3 term as a second in command i have dreamed of making the leap and becoming the leader of Los Santos Police Department. not only have i been a deputy i have had numerous High Command positions with in the org through many terms and at all i felt i have excelled with in my role, i have also enjoyed having a good working relationship with other employees,
2) because i believe i have the qualities to turn the org into the power house that it is and once was with in the city!, and i feel i can do this by implementing a Strict regime through out the Org, that can be anything from making sure The right HOD's and Deputies are chosen, to reforming the major Departments with in LSPD to make sure they run like a well oiled machine !, and also making sure there is great communication standards between all other city orgs and working with in close contact with the appropriate people when needed.
3) i believe that i could make a great leader, just off of the basis that i have many years of LEO experience but i also have experience in the other half of life as well, IE gangs i know how they operate so i feel i know how to push LSPD to counter their actions toward the state and the citizens, i know i can help reduce the amount of situations that fellow officers may find their self in when it comes to 10-10 situations where they are out numbered or simply where criminals get the drop on the officers by implementing a stricter training programme and updating alot of the internal rules where needed.
3. Your advice for improving Roleplay level in organization?
I would like to try and involve other organisations as and where needed for example, i would like to make SWAT a prestigious department and i believe i can do that by liaising with the National Guard and asking them if we can have our officers train along side them and Practice and new tactics that may help them prevail in the situations where it counts, i would like to also bring an element of testing back as well! Ie High speed Vehicle training and Traffic chase tactics like pit maneuvers ( showing the difference between a well timed tap maneuver and just straight CR and how to avoid being in trouble OOCly), i feel i can make officers better and make the public respect the Organisation and show that not every officer is there to arrest you, we will try and find the most reasonable approach instead of just prison time. so we can use our time and energy in much needed areas.
