Rejected Constantly breaking the rules I ID : 47107

I am writing this complaint only for one reason, and that reason is that I suspended the character for Constant Violation of the Rules yesterday around 2:30 in the morning, where I am now coming home from school and I see that the administrator Abraham Elkhabib rejected the complaint, I think he was wrong because the man has been cursing for a long time and I can prove that to you. Thanks in advance!!!!

Here is the first link, ID 47107 did it after I kicked him out of the fem and hung him up for GP 3.2, which means he still continues to talk about it on the RS server, I think that this needs a little more punishment
