2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization?
Now i have good experience in en3 and i think i can take leadership and run the org smoothly without any rule break and complete my term without any warns. I will not do any rulebreak in my term and not create problems for others and i will improve rp through gang term
I have good contacts in city and i will make my term most active in city and do many events everyday and i will make good relations with other gang and increase the gang activity. I will make the bloods gang full active as it used to be and bring its AURA back.
I have good turf team and i think i will easily do 100% and for that i think bloods will be a really good choise and i really love bloods gang and its also easy to run.
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
I will decrease toxicity
I will hire only people with experience so that there will be no rule breaks
I will do max events and my gang will be active all the time
I will not let any of my gang member to do any fight with other gangs
I will try that all gangs will work together to improve rp
I will do 100% turf
I will make sure that our graffiti profit is minimum 10K
I will provide max bonus so that other people will take interest in gang events
