Hi Mazhor Sir!
I am touseef and recently my account is permanently banned on GR 1.7 for breaking it multiple times because i didnt know the explanation of this rule completely before ban i thinks that the explanation of this rule is that the price of property is based on State value of the property so i did it multiple time and gifted apartments to my friends on thier birthdays and also on family events and i commit this rule break because i learned the explanation of this rule wrong so this is my mistake but when Administrator banned me and i appeal for unban then the Administrator Alex odds tell me the correct explanation of this rule that this rule is based on Market value of the property not on the State Value that i think/Learned so i commit this mistake and apologize from my heart for this rule break but i hope u will reconsider my (Permanent) ban and give me a second chance to play in this beautiful and no 1 RP server again because this account is my all asset that i build in last 1 year by playing in this beautiful server and also u can check my record from the day when i joined this beautiful server that i didnt break any other rule rather then this rule becaus i didnt know the correct explanation of this rule and i am very responsible person and i played on this server carefully and didnt break any rule. if u reconsider my (Permanent) ban i swear that i will not break any rule again on this server.
At Last I say only one thing to our Respective Curator of Project "Mazhor Pluxury"
I will apologize again for this massive rule break. if u wanna wipe my account u can take every thing from my account i am agree with that but please dont ban me permanently because i dont wanna leave this beautiful server because this is my whole asset that i made with very hard work after a year.
