Subject: Appeal Regarding 30-Day Ban – Use of Unauthorized Recording Software
Dear Respected Admin,
I hope you are doing well. I am writing to appeal the 30-day ban placed on my account due to my recent mistake regarding the use of recording software. I would like to sincerely apologize and provide some context to clarify the situation.
Recently, I submitted a complaint about a player engaging in EMS harassment. For this report, I used footage recorded with Xbox Game Bar, the default screen recorder on Windows. Unfortunately, I was unaware that this software does not capture in-game overlays, which led to the issue. I now understand the importance of using the appropriate software and assure you that moving forward, I will only use the authorized settings for recordings.
Grand RP has become a part of my daily routine, and I enjoy being part of this community. A 30-day ban is a long time for me, and I truly regret my mistake. I promise to be more mindful in the future to ensure such an error does not happen again.
I respectfully ask for your understanding and kindly request that you reconsider the duration of my ban. If possible, I would be extremely grateful if my account could be unbanned or if the ban duration could be reduced.
