I am writing to report an incident that occurred while I was on patrol With my colleague . During my patrol, accompanied by my colleague, we were issuing fines when suddenly, from a distance, someone opened fire on us without any prior warning. Unfortunately, I were killed in the attack.

I would appreciate it if you could investigate and address this matter.
