I have been playing grand rp form 6 to 7 month . in some month i learn many on verious rules and also work under more than 15 deffarent org turm. under LSPD , SAHP, NG, LI , EMS. And also i joined gang for exprince of gangs. being previous exprince i have concodent to run the turm succesfully. i when i in ng i am in HR depertment and also in AF depertment. i am handeling verious impoertend sistution like ammo run , hostge sitution , store robbary , global sitution.
i know thye all depertmnet of NG And There Work .
(1) HR DEPERTMENT . (2) AF DEPERTMENT . (3) MP DEPERTMENT .(4) BO DEPERTMENT .
I have gain more and more expriceses under good leder . but this time i have condident to give a good ledership to NG to make it Best Turm.

3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
i am personaly requested to give more activity for NG beacuse There are less more acivity for Ng . I sugguest to use NG work with GOV to make more acivity and also
heard form player that it is a loocked room . they cant go out form there .
