I killed stranger with ID 12867 at 13:05, after that he came back to take revenge and killed me at 13:10. Following that, my friend Max Drifter Patch me, but he came back a second time and killed me at 13:20. He visited one location two times in a 15 minute time period. According to the General rules New Life Rule (NLR), I am filing a complaint against player 12867. Please take action against him so he doesn't do this again.

Edited? I don't even record that part because I am thinking that I will just go to PH after that. But my friend MaxDrifter patched me, you can also hear that in POV, where I told him to patch me. When I see the same person breaking the NLR rule a second time, I start recording again. When I die the second time, my teammates are also dead, and because of that NLR rule, we all decide not to visit that location again.
