1. Leader of San Andreas Highway Patrol ( SAHP )
2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization?
1.1 First when i land to the Los Santos with zero experiences . I start play in the server with my friends and and i spend a time with my friends after that i learn little bit rules it help me to join legal organization . After that my first experience in legal organization is LSPD when i join LSPD after 3 days the LSAP Leader term was finished . After that i go to SAHP I start working for SAHP and i leave SAHP after working 5 years . After that I join Fib to know how it work and i work in fib 3 years and i gain lots of knowledge of state organization and Server rules also. I have completed my all phase training in SAHP after that i work so hard to get good position.
1.2 After all the incidence i got a very good experience in different organization SAHP, LSPD,FIB. i got a good oppurtunity to lead the different organization. I have faced a lots of challange but i cleared the challange i pass out like nothings. i always try to make a good relatation with higher ranks officers to get knowledge. I will make a good relation with our officers. I will make good relation with other department Like FIB,LSPD,GOV,NG for working together and helping each other . we will arrest criminals to reduce the crime in city
1.3 I thinks i have done all possible situation and RP. I gained a knowledge by doing mistake and getting punishment. I choose the SAHP leader for patrolling Highway 24/7 Makes highway clean and make citizens to drive and enjoy their life as also by a San Andreas part i will help NG When ever NG need Help. I hope Ng also help us. I will give my full effort to make my term to best term.
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
1. I will hire Best COS for each department for term
2. No favoritism in SAHP Every one treat should treat equaily.
3. I will provide good bonus for troopers so they should work hard to get position
4. Every one should follow the server rules + state rules
5. I will take strict action if he break the rules
6.Weekly meeting with High command for futher plans and any suggestion
7. Weekly promotion according to their activity
