2.Reason Of Becoming Leader Of NG


A. I have been in legal side of the server from a long time in every legal organization i have a lot of experience as High command or senior rank and i thinks its time to work as a leader of SAHP to work as a Sheriff. my past experiences are SAHP: Chief Of Divison, LSPD: Superintendant, NG: Commander, FIB: Executive Agent, GOV First Person Protection Force


B. NG has the biggest role in city to provide weapons to everyone in the city and i want to show the best term of NG every by attending most of the events and maximum numbers of Leos in every robbery or criminal activity and maximum candy run it will the best under my term i ensure that.

C. Every term which gone too well have a strong and confident leader behind its success if the leader is hard working his employees will also be hardworking to show him there activities. and i believe i can lead this NG term too good then the previous ones and it will be the best NG term ever. i am very confident and i will work very hard to achieve it no matter what.


2. My Advices For Improving The Role Play Level In The Organization

A. Bonus System: Players will work harder and harder for the bonus and i will provide the highest bonus so they will will work more and more and with that the NG RP will the the best with the Best term.

B. Promotions: Motivating is the best thing which will take the rp quality higher the one who deserve promotions and deserve high ranks he will be given higher rank promotion in promotion ceremony. I will be conducting monthly 4 promotion ceremony which will make them work harder and keep motivated. As well as we will do fun together so the NG officer don't get stressed and build bonds in between for better rp

C. Strong Relationship Among Organization: Knowing other organization is must and having strong relation is best if we build strong relation so it will be great to up grade the rp quality personally meeting them making strong bonds is best

NG Departments

Air Force (AF)
Land security is must as well as NG can also provide security in air and this department is responsible for all air activities


Human Resources (HR)
This department is to hire newcomers and give them training if needed

Special Operation Force (SOF)
This department will be responsible for every possible globals and all sort of store robery or any hostage situation.
In addition to that it would be break down into two divisions

Team Alpha : Responsible for other helpful tasks for NG. I.e.. In additional to store robery or hostage situation they would also help in managing Candy Run and other events.
Team Delta : Responsible for acting or to respond to the global or store robery or any other situation as soon as possible.

Military police (MP)
responsible for every task and checkup and to run everything in a proper and professional manner.
Patrol around the base and gate keeping.

Fiscal Affairs Division (FAD)
This department is responsible for all sorts of financial tasks like starting from giving bonus to managing hostage situation about the finance.
Everything from regarding finance will be responsible by this department.
I know only leader can take out money from org but in need leader will take out and give it to the chief officer and he will handle it to the other officers.
