2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
I have served with the San Andreas Highway Patrol for nearly 5 years of my life in the city, so this has become one of my core passions within the server. My long term of experience and profound knowledge of the way SAHP work have brought me many aspects of success and leadership roles in various RP situations, ranging from high-speed chases to some negotiations, whilst adhering to the server rules and regulations at all times.
I have served as the COD for two full terms, and, by extension, directed SAHP through some of the most challenging and rewarding periods. I have also briefly held the position for a third term that was shortchanged - in a way, disbanded prematurely. I have gained much experience as a leader through these positions with SAHP, shaping its structure, conduct, and operational efficiency.
I clearly indicate my commitment to SAHP by setting effective team work and ensuring proper roleplay involving the legal organizations, as well as the people from the civilian community. Whether it is a high-stake operation - perhaps a hostage situation or a major robbery, or maybe even some advanced traffic operation, my aim was always to create experience that was in itself interestingly convincing, realistic, and worthy of the efforts put into its development.

3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
1) Regular recruitment drives for the ORG to grow its members
2) Regular ceremonies including promotion/bonuses which eventually will make people do work in order to get the achievement they want in the org .
3) Make the org a good place with polite and helpful members from which the new guys who join will get the best exp possible .
4) Good RR team to help the org grow and maintain quality
5) Pr team for making events and doing things which would made NG more Glowing in front of citizens .
6) Always good and roleplay-wise communication with other organs for better RP in organs.
7) Always focus on gates to fulfill the minimum requirement and will also focus on joining other events too .
8) Strengthen the IA department of SAHP to make it more active and action taking, which will result in better work from SAHP
