- Why do you want to become an admin and leave RP-life?
- I have held very extensive positions through my journey of Grand RP and especially EN3 where I have ran successful term's and came across a point where now I have almost done all I could and wanted in my RP life and now I wanna step it up by becoming an admin and help the team with my extensive skills and knowledge and activity in crucial morning hours, helping out players and curate state orgs in future.

- Good adapting within the new envo
- I'm good listener and talk only when needed
- I'm also good with cooperating with my higher ups and solve problems.
- What are your weaknesses?
- I sometimes feel annoyed with people who shout too often or argue without any point as base of things that doesn't matter (But I do know how to deal with them as an admin being calm)
- I do not like people who lies often and who abuse me or my parents.
- What skills can you bring to the admin team?
- Good skills of explaining and learning
- Good activity in crucial early morning hours (its a bit inactive and 1-2 admin is only seen)
- Good exp of state orgs and overall project which help's me with knowing rules better
- I live in a strict routine and my activity will always be same and maintained as I believe in discipline and routine
