Dear higher ups; i think gangs, LEOs and admins we all need a clarification on what free passage means.
In this situation in POV clearly they are saying there is no time and we have to remove barricades and let them leave the building. So that means every single time they have a hostage, they are gonna come to same building and we are just gonna watch them get the money and leave the building. They are referring to rule of GH 1.12 which says 1.12 If a person complies with given demands its not allowed to kill them. But the problem is we are not the one demanding so why are we not allowed to shoot ?
These gang members were trying to teach us what are the rules when they didn't even know they can't take hostage from Paleto which is a small town/city.
Please ask Ballas Curator to request their bodycam of how did they take hostage around 15:30 at Paleto.(GH 1.8) Marcus Pluxury, SAHP Employee, was one of the hostages.
(15:30 is first hostage situation by them, current POV in this forum is the latest hostage situation by them)
Correct me if im wrong but as far as i know in any hostage situation if hostage takers are demanding for free passage for 1 hostage, that means they can ask for either all barricades to be removed regardless of direction or they can ask for a reasonable time to escape. If they choose barricades to be removed as soon as hostage is safe we can engine block them and/or start shooting at them. If they choose for a time to escape, as soon as hostage is safe we just wait for countdown to be over and then we can start engine blocking them and/or shoot them + we keep the barricades.
It would be much appreciated, if we get a clarification on this situation.
Note: There was no kind of punishment done (Jail,Warn,Ban). I had to choose one to make this forum.
