I believe I have been given an unfair punishment and wrong decision from Mr.Beni Valentine, for months I have been doing Battle for Vinewood Treasure you are not able to collect the treasure if there are any people nearby the chute spawn even when they are unconscious you are still unable to collect. So as other players and myself whoever wins the fight Mercy Kills to be able to collect the treasure.

1 minute before the chute? I started my POV late16:59 the and after the 10 countdown for my POV software to start recording the time changed to 17:00.

- I was hit for the the things that happened during the 2 minute POV, for 3x MK = 3 Warnings for the 3 people I finished near the chute to be ABLE to COLLECT the CHUTE which looks like Mr. Beni didn't know you have to do to be able to collect the chute, also for Mass RDM in CITY which (BATTLE FOR TREASURE happens every hour btw).

- Respectfully sir I got hit with punishments for no reason when it was obvious that it was all DURING the Battle for Vinewood Treasure.

Why does he need to provide 1min? Isn’t supposed to be allowed to MK because it’s a battle for treasure u can’t even collect the treasure when players are around… I’ve been collecting treasure in the ghetto but when I get killed or unconscious they have to MK me because they can’t collect it… And plus how is he 14Days ban? Even when he is 3X MK he should be only getting 7Days ban. Kinda Sus but don’t take it serious it’s just my opinion.

I got handed 14 days ban for breaking NO RULES by Beni Valentine. Im sure he knows what he gave me was unfair and wrong.
