2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organisation? (List three reasons with an explanation)
First of all, the National Guard is the first organisation that I joined in this city about 2.5 years ago. I took my first steps in this organisation in the path of my career. I served in multiple terms under commands of many great generals and high commands like Darius Edge and Richard Sole. Since then I have been continuing my service in the other state organisations as High-Command. And now It’s my duty to make the National Guard great with all the experiences I gained.
Secondly, There is a great potential in the National Guard to build different Roleplay scenarios since this is literally the Army itself. I am willing to reveal its potential and use it to the best of my abilities.
Finally, I want to prove that the biggest claim many people make about the National Guard, that "NG is just about holding gates", is false and I am willing to show more active ‘’Army’’ around all the state of Los Santos with qualified units.
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organisation.
1. To make the National Guard the strongest organisation once again by conducting mass recruitment sessions everyday. We as National Guard are going to maintain standards in training to have our units ready and quality.
2. To build strong bones in the organisation I am going to bring the oldest veterans back on service and ensure they're sharing their experiences with new recruitments.
3. To use the full potential of the National Guard I am planning to make contracts and agreements with other state organisations.
4. I am planning to use the tactical division of the Army, SASD, more effectively with maintaining highest-standards in qualifications such as advanced combat, advanced driving and advanced flight training sessions. We are also going to ensure that SASD will be the quickest responders of any emergency situations such as globals.
4.a) SASD will have internal divisions to make the department able to execute strategies in the special operations.
4.b) The Army National Guard is going to take the responsibility of doing joint training sessions led by SASD with other organisations to create different strategies in the operations.
5. Air Force is one of the most important departments of the National Guard due to their ability to scout and deploy units in high-risk operations. To conduct said activities all the military pilots are going to take advanced flight training.
6. I am planning to use the authorization of National Guard in Yellow Zone more effectively with doing checkpoints and patrol sessions.
7. I am going to ensure all of the members of the organisation receive bonuses as they deserve and be motivated.
