2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation):
->> First of all, I would love to introduce myself that I am an full-experienced player from EN2 and here i started my journey in EN3 and from starting i have experience as HR of orgs and in crime i was under deputy everytime in all gangs. I have enough experience in crime to be an leader of any gang and i have much leadership skills to lead a gang and my gang members must have a leader who is capable of doing any events without any warns or mistakes.
->> The next thing is about the events we do in gang such as FZ raid, highway rob, store rob, hostage, and more, are needed to be done in a roleplay manner such as complying with LEO'S in a roleplay manner. I have seen people doing with many mistakes and got warn in org, so as a leader of blood, i promise that there will be no warn and rule breaks by bloods gang and I as a leader of bloods, takes the responsibility of my gang and will lead them to perfection !
->> At last point, Due to my IC age i know i mostly get rejected but there should be a chance for experienced players also to lead a beautifull gang with the best way they can and also about my gangs slogan, "Unbreakable Loyalty, Unstoppable Power."
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
-> Max Grafiti profit every hour !
-> Try to do 100% turf !
-> Taking part in events such as FZ, hostage, store rob, highway, hostage etc !
->No toxicity in gang and no favoritism, also we will max try to complete term without any verbals or warns,
-> Only select experienced Deputies who take responsibilities after me or in my absence,
-> All roleplay will be done with a special way and in a realistic way !
