This guy I caught when I just got off duty and was leaving DOC. He not ONCE, but TWICE ran out and left ALL doors open. When I thought he was gone, he clearly F1 and spawned himself back in DOC because no way he ran past us without we are seeing him and did the F1 again him and popped his head to avoid being detained.
