As far as I know, giving demand on public road is forbidden. On top of that, this guy is doing MG as well as RDM as he killed one of my colleague who he wasn't even there and there is no way for 116141 to know that he is a FIB.

FYI we can give demands if your friend is getting arrested.
we didnt do MG you were just outside of our fam house, ahkurdo 116141 came their after installing a redux as we were going to change his IC character face so he saw me getting arrested and gave u demand which u didnt heard and got shot. we gave demands which applies on you and your colleague as well bcz u both in FIB vest tryna arrest me. you also did GR3.1 through my number i will report you later for that. good day!

Don't argue if you don't know something. You are giving him demand to leave in RP chat without using ur voice box and shooting without counting down. Read GR 6.15
