Greetings!
Few concerns need to raise:
1. in the POVs provided ID: 154970 has been seen multiple times talking unknowingly by keeping his voice box on and in the time stamp 15:59 its been clearly seen the guy ID: 157244 has responded to his call outs and came to the scene which signifies they are doing Meta gaming.
2. half of the stuffs they have committed in the forum itself - the account "Not koko" clearly defines "I was in mail with my friend on my mobile" by checking the logs (mail registered to the ID: 157244 koko crazy and to the forum account Not koko if matches) where he's clearly committing his crime has been ignored.
3. now considering that account Not koko clearly seen to be claiming his ID and his friend's ID over the forum itself which signifies they are friends and no strangers.
4. now coming to the scam, considering both the accused IDs are friends, even his friend/mediator complying with the deal asked the owner to handover the stocks which has been withdrawn being denied. video stamp of Part 2 video nearly 0:20 they being sorry considering owner well known about the deal as all of the info being passed on to the owner himself through meta gaming, in the former video he stated "wait for 2 mins i will sell" and after disclosing the scam he being frightened and sorry which signifies for a matter of fact he accepted his guilt orelse why being sorry out of nowhere.
5. in video stamp of Part 2 video nearly 0:52 he calls out the name "koko tu chup kar" signifies they are connected with VoIP programs and in addition to that "kyun stock nikal ra h vai" defines the conflicts in the deal. when sellers themselves committing "i will sell" and "kyun stock nikal ra h vai" and "meiny apny personal k liye kuch juice liya" validates/counters Yaswanth's first two concerns:
1. No proof shown of making deal for selling with Current Stock available.
2. No proof of stock shown before it was set empty.
and 3. As pov owner is not the one buying the Juice shop. So, POV is considered as third party pov for the situation reported. Accepted
6. now about ID 71319 will receive punishment for Mixing - after scam has been disclosed, to make them aware of the rules and legislations of the city i stated the whole statements and in the whole POV i am the one only mentioned OOC a couple of times during mentioning G.R 1.3 and abide by the rules still getting punished for mixing although the whole meta gaming scenario and attempt to scam has been ignored will be my last concern and not convinced enough with the justice served.
Considering Yaswanth's third point whole POV gets nullified i am ok with it, but punishing the thread owner for mixing and ignoring metagaming and attempt to scamming where half of guilt they themselves committed over forum itself is not convincing to be honest.
