Additional information
1. Leader of NG [ National Guard ]
2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
1) I want to be the leader of the National Guard out of my love and compassion for the legal and law enforcement organizations. Yes, I have been in the gangs before, but legal organizations feel like home to me. I believe out of all legal organizations I have served for, the National Guard has the most flexible and the most joyful work environment. I am quite sure that after becoming the leader of the National Guard, I will use my compassion for legal organizations and for NG itself to take this organization to new heights.
2) I have been in the National Guard for a fair enough period, and I know where the lapses are in the functioning of the army. By becoming the leader of the National Guard, I will work on these lapses with full dedication and make the system of the army function without any friction. I will uphold equality and uproot any favoritism present within the organization. Given the fact NG recruits citizens with as little as 3 years in city, newcomers go through a lot and are often confused. I have been there and know how difficult it is being a newcomer and a first-timer in a legal organization. I will myself work on the ground, communicate with them, and try to guide them through the whole working environment of the National Guard.
3) I've been a HC in many organizations such as FIB, LSPD, and GOVT. I want the National Guard to be respected by all the organizations. I believe to keep the National Guard's reputation higher than mine. I saw most of the time people are not interested in joining the National Guard as per their statement; they said NG is boring. I want to prove them wrong.
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
1) I'll make sure new members are properly trained in the rules of role-play since this is essential for developing future soldiers. Our HR division needs to be top-notch at training and ensuring new members follow the rules.
2) I'm totally against favoritism and have demoted people who didn't deserve their ranks. I'll personally handle promotion ceremonies to make sure no favoritism happens in our organization.
3) To give out good bonuses to our members with all the ongoing benefits so that we get more and more members into the National Guard with daily activities and tasks for which members would get lucrative prizes so that they enjoy their stay in NG, and at the same time, organization activity would boost, of course, following all the GRP rules and regulations.
