i. Patriotism and Dedication to NG:
My journey in State Organizations has made me ready for taking responsibility and leading the NG. I have always been serving in state organization and as Leading our NG it is the way of me giving back to the Nation an prove my true patriotism towards the Nation.
I aspire to uphold the values of discipline, promoting unity and respect as to ensure that our organization remains the beacon of patriotism.
ii. Legal expertise according to legislation:
As a qualified state attorney, I bring unique understand of state laws that govern state organization. This legal knowledge is crucial in shaping soldiers in all type of operations and their regular duty. I will ensure that soldiers are trained not only in Military protocol but also in legal procedures, particularly distinguishing between detaining and arresting violators' of law. This will help to avoid errors that could lead due to miss application of PDAA and COP, thus strengthening our role in maintaining law and order.

3. Your advice for improving the Roleplay level in the organization.
Taking part in events with CCB teams
An important objective as a leader is that NG is engaged in city-wide events, but more specifically for our CCB team. When they need to respond to global emergencies or assist in solving local issues, these events will enable our soldiers to showcase their skills. Finally, it provides an excellent chance to sharpen coordination and contact with other organizations that therefore enhances role-play experience.
Legal Training on Detention and Arrest Procedures
Although NG do not usually detain people for, or even make arrests, we do detain people very often. All our soldiers need to know the law that distinguishes between detention and arrest. Having been a former State Attorney, I do know these legal complexities, and therefore, would introduce training programs for soldiers to act strictly according to proper procedures. This would reduce the possibility of freeing of convicted criminals by mere technical flaws and ensure our operations are effective and at the same time lawful.
Eliminating Corruption via Internal Investigations
Keeping NG in its best condition remains at the top of my list. In this connection, contracts of employment shall be much stricter, and Military Police (Internal Affairs) shall be tasked to investigate each soldier, no one excluded from this. Checks on vehicles and personal inspection for illegal items, among others, shall be done to ensure accountability and transparency. These measures taken will suffice to clean up this vice in the organization, hence being a contributory example to others.
Departments Working Under Me:
Human Resources and Training (HRT):
HRT will remain the core of NG that will recruit and train solders exemplifying discipline and leadership. New courses in legal knowledge and roleplay practice to show a more realistic scenario will be introduced under my command.
Public Relations (PR):
Interact with the Los Santos Citizenry. Public Relations would take control of outreach programs, community events, and media blitzes that remind people the importance of NG in keeping order. Recruitment and broader recruitment will also happen under this department, to bring in passionate and gifted individuals in.
Cobra Commando Battalion (CCB):
The CCB (Cobra Commando Battalion) shall be our special operations force, responsible for special missions that involve the most high-risk operations. They shall undergo specialized trainings in the future on handling hostage situations at the pier and submarine threats that may arise.
Air Force Unit (AF):
Under my command, the unit will be highly engaged in the full-time surveillance of Los Santos, monitoring possible threats, and gathering intelligence data on gang movements. Furthermore, soldiers are going to be advancedly trained on radio protocols in order to widely strengthen coordination during critical operations.
Military Police (MP):
The Military Police is going to play a pivotal role in enforcing discipline in the NG. Periodic inspections, vehicle searches, and personal checks will ensure that every soldier lives up to the high standards of professionalism. As an internal affairs of the NG, MP will ensure that everybody is held accountable, maintaining transparency and integrity at each level.
