2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
2-1. First of all National Guard always has been my best org even tho when I leave the org I couldn't wait and join it again after 3 days I see this organization as the best and it have the most power than any organization I have been HC for 5 Terms I have been HOD of HR for multiple times and I was rank 28 in 1 Term only and I have a lot of experience in NG and I am trying to make my experience greater than any one.
2-2. I want to do more activities for NG. So other Organizations stop Looking down on NG as it makes me so angry when I see someone keep making fun of us that we stand on gates most of the time (that is what they think) now I want to show to the whole world that NG isn't just stand in gates there a lot more than that as I also want to make even more activities!!
2-3. I have great knowledge of the city rules and RP Rules and also knowledge of all NG Work.
Those Departments That I Will Be Using.
Human Resources and Training (HRT) For recruiting and training purposes and Giving Tests for our Soldiers to make sure they understand all the Rules.
SASD - Will do all combat-based operations and training events, and attend all global events as they are our Skilled Units in shooting Skills as well as can think in serious situations calmly and not get panicked.
Air Force (AF) - For scouting missions (check if there are any gang activities close to our HQ), transport Units (take units from Point A to Point B), Air Support (to have an eye from the air in a convoy to tell us if there any suspicious cars following the convoy or not)
Military Police (MP) - to make sure internal rules and regulations are followed properly, get rid of corruption, and get rid of Illegal activities from NG.

3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
3-1. to make sure our Soldiers know all kinds of rules by training them on all the rules they need to know. How can I make that happen?
I will make sure to have great HRC units that I have worked with them in the Last term and show themselves self more than ready to take this position to trust them with HRC work.
3-2. I will choose capable HCs to look into the base when I am absent and to make sure none of the new/old soldiers break any kind of RP rule. (as it is gonna help to increase the RP)
3-3. I will Make Sure that our soldiers memorize the Radio commands as it's important to Increase the level of Role Play.

1) I will do a lot of activities/events that consider their aim Training and Communication Skills. To improve their skills so when any trespasser they can Deal with them smoothly.
2) All Promotion/Demotion will be given with my permission and LT. General and I will never accept any kind of favoritism that happens inside of my organization.
I have never liked something called favoritism because this kind of thing is unfair to Hardworking soldiers who deserve a lot. (as it happened a lot to me)
3) I Will make more of the car Patrol to show Los Santos that they are safe under the army and to show them that the army is a great organization to try to Recruit more Soldiers
4) All Ammo Runs will be made daily and no Exceptions
