Additional information
1. Leader of National Guard
2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with explanation)
A) I want to be an NG leader because of the experience that I have gained while working through many organizations, and I feel the urge to use this knowledge for a bigger scale. It is from this point that I would be able to contribute meaningfully in the National Guard, hone my leadership skills, and then move forward into other organizations by taking those skills into consideration and driving positive change with the inspiration they would gain from me.
3. Suggestions for Increasing Roleplay Intensity in the Organization
i) Implementation of Engine Blockers on NG Vehicles
The biggest improvement we need is the activation of engine blockers in NG vehicles. Fort Zancudo is a very closed and no-go zone, but still, trespassers would sneak in with their cars thereby challenging our soldiers instead of being a threat to them. This does not only impact the environment but also the mental well-being of our members that are empowered in this regard. With engine blockers for our vehicles, we would be able to protect the integrity of the base and create a much more role-played authentic experience for our soldiers.
ii) Creating an Attractive Bonus System
This can get pretty dull to sit around waiting at the gates especially when nothing seems to be happening. Unlike LSPD, SAHP, or FIB that are always in activity, members of NG/GOV tend to be in less exciting work. A bonus scheme where people are rewarded based on how much time and effort they contribute would further make gate duty worth doing-and attract more people to our uniform.
iii) Encourage Discipline and Punctuality
As our city's military arm, the National Guard should reflect a sense of discipline which typical military forces reflect. My being part of a defense background makes me think that all NG members would reflect professionalism in their movements and work aspects. This imposition of a culture about discipline will make the overall experience of roleplaying come out smoothly for our members, with the feeling that they are, in fact, part of a military entity.
Punishment System:
Verbal Warning 1: Minor or unintentional mistake
Verbal Warning 2 = 1 Strike (2 Minor mistakes will be treated as 1 major offense)
Strike 1: Major offense (Retraining)
Strike 2: Major offense (Demotion/Suspension)
Strike 3: Major offense (Court Martial)
