I wanted to create an atmosphere in which new people can easily join the gang And My Team Will Give Full Training To Them, set up a system where veteran players can support them, I Have So May First And My Family Members They Also Help me to do my term successfully.I Have Potential To lead 30-40 player in events. 3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
I will make sure First one break rule. I noticed in the past in other gangs the majority reasons why RP is being broken in the city and ghetto is because of a lack of knowledge of server rules and ghetto rules. I Know Every New Guy Want To Join Gang But First I Will Take Proper Interview Then I am Give Invite And If They Don't Know Then I Will Personally Teach Them With My Deputies Before Inviting Them. I Don't Want No One Brake Rules. I Am Provide Bonuses Immediately I Have a Good Bonuses System
