2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
1.- I want to be Leader of bloods because in the past I have seen and realised that not many gangs push for good rp within other organisations and civilians. I want to change that and push the more roleplay in grand rp. I am from the UK and I think that everyone should have a place to go to. I do not discriminate. I want to be leader mainly to make roleplay within other people and make sure everyone has a good time. I already have a very solid turf team ready to go and I know they know what they are doing and I believe we can take over turfs with the team I have. I have been in a legal organisation for a couple terms and I understand LEOS and how it can be boring sometimes in certain scenarios and I will try my hardest to make sure everyone is having a good time no matter if your the lowest rank or the highest.
2.- I vow that as a leader I will choose smart deputy's and make sure that every event is being attended with as many people as possible. I will make sure to follow all the leader rules and push bloods to its full potential in grand. I am very well known in the city and I think I could make the gang as fun as possible for everyone involved. I will also do as many hostage situations as I can with LEOS and it wont just be get money and shoot the roleplay will be deeper then that.
3.->> I will pay every person a bonus per event. This is how much each person will be payed per event.
Turfers: 35K per kill
Subs: 15k per person
FZ: 20k per person
Clands: 50K for the top shooter and 8k for everyone else.
Battleships: 15k per person.
Store robbery/hostage situation: 10k per person.
All guns will be provided for every event aswell.

3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
~1~ Will attend all events and push roleplay in these events to make a fun atmosphere
~2~ I will not discriminate no matter what race/gender or beliefs and it will not be tolerated in my gang.
~3~ I will push for max graffiti profits.
~4~ I will try my hardest to get 100% turf and I will make sure my turf team know what they are doing.
I would ensure every gang member of mine knows the rules and i would make sure they know what there doing. I would not be accepting under level 5 and if any gang member is caught braking a rule they will be blacklisted immediately.
I would make sure the blood members Know every important rule and make sure they are mature and know what there doing I would make sure we make good rp for cops and civs and for the gang.
My goal is to make Bloods big and strong again and give other gangs competition i would make sure we do this by attending a lot of events.
