  • Community Connection: NG is where I got my start, and it’s become like a second home to me. I’ve built strong friendships and connections with so many amazing people. I want to take on a leadership role to strengthen that sense of community even more, ensuring that everyone feels included and supported. A strong bond among members makes us all more effective and engaged.
  • Boosting Our Efficiency: I see a lot of potential for us to improve how we operate. By enhancing our training programs and communication strategies, we can respond faster and work more effectively as a team. I’m all about finding ways to streamline our processes so we can tackle any challenges that come our way. A well-prepared team is a successful team!
  • Empowering Others: I believe everyone deserves a chance to lead and show their skills. In my vision for NG, I want to create opportunities for all members, not just those at the top. By encouraging everyone to take on leadership roles, we can unlock new ideas and perspectives, making our organization even stronger. When everyone has a voice, it not only builds confidence but also fosters a culture of collaboration and innovation.
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
  • Realistic Security Features: Let’s install some cool security measures at the NG base, like alarms and warning indicators. This way, when something intense goes down, everyone gets a heads-up. It’ll help our members gear up and respond quickly, making the experience feel more immersive and exciting.
  • Community Events and Activities: We should organize regular events like patrols, training missions, or fun challenges. These activities not only keep things fresh but also help build camaraderie among members. Think about cool activities like scavenger hunts or friendly competitions—anything that gets everyone involved and having a good time!
  • Encourage Member-Led Initiatives: I think we should give everyone a chance to lead missions or activities, not just the high command. This way, we can tap into all the creativity and skills within the group. It empowers members and makes them feel more invested in their roles. Plus, it’s a great way for new ideas to come to life and keep the RolePlay dynamic and engaging.
  • And a new created bonus system for the Organisation.
