The event scenario Must be detailed and include the whole event:
SAHP has the Sherriff's son in witness protection at SAHP headquarters! The reason the son is being held here is because he witnessed a murder outside of capitol by Los Santos most dangerous gang leader. The safest spot that the Sheriff feels for his son is at SAHP as its secluded out of the city and has bunkers surrounding it for perfect areas of hiding. The son and the family will be held in the basement of SAHP to protect them from these gang members looking for them. Gangs know he is here which is why the Sheriff has decided to stock up his armory and have a stand against gangs at his headquarter. He knows the headquarters like the back of his hand and has sent these support plans to all surrounding agencies to assist the survival of his son and his family.
The way to win this event is for LEOs or gang to defeat one another.

Why this event:
This event is being chosen so that gangs and LEOs can go against one another to assert their dominance for their orgs. This will bring team building between different gangs and orgs while creating a fun atmosphere to compete against one another.
Role of Each Organization Involved:
Gangs will drive from the gas station by chip tuning to SAHP, Their goal is to take down all of the LEOS in order to kill the Sheriffs son.
This event will be a 12v12
Other organizations involved: All LEO/Crime side/Life invader or Ems if not enough gangs.
Vehicles/weapons needed:
Pistol and armor for everyone.
4x Cullinan's for gangs
Admin Requirements:
TP everyone and give weapons spawn cars and place barricades
Rules of the event:
Don't revive only use weapons given by admin, No Juices
How is the event won?
If Leos kill all of the gangs, if gangs kill all of the Leos!
