As you can see in the POV there was a store robbery and a Gun store robbery going on at the same time right next to each other. I went to the situation to check for Hostages as FIB had a Spec Ops at the time and we didnt have time to attend if there was no hostage. We told SAHP that there is no reason to be there and that we have a Spec Ops where the time can NOT be changed. As there was no hostage at the store robberies there was no one to save which means there is no reason for us to be there if we have more important things to do.
You can also see on the POV provided that SAHP refused to leave the store robbery as in there words it was "More important to save the store"
As it states in State Rule 1.7 - FIB can take lead of Situations if other orgs attend.
This breaks State Rule 1.7 As FIB has told all state orgs that there is NO hostage and to attend out Spec Ops as that is more important and can not be changed.
