This guy after i post forum on him because he insult me and my parent and receive punishement :
1- Reviewed GR 3.2 + racism + Involving politics + GR 3.1 | 118274 > In this Pov he insult me , my mom, my father, my country..
2- Reviewed G.R 3.1 | 118274 > In this i am just stop near hospital and he come and insult me and provoking me.

After he complete that punishement and he come back to city he trying to targeting me to get me banned from the city and he insult me and my parent in every forum post it on me :
Pov 1 : Pending review Bug abuse | 138740 > Here i am just chilling with my friends and someone doing the same thing i do in the same place but he just post on me trying to ban me from the server.
Pov 2 : Approved VDM | 138740 > Here I am doing VDM but he can post the Pov in YouTube without insult me and my mom in his Pov in title > Insult My Mom And Me
Pov 3 : Approved VDM | 138740 > Here the same thing he insult my mom and me in his Pov in title > Insult My Mom and Me
Pov 4 : Approved Rdm + Cr | 138740 > Here is provoking me and I kill him because he provoking me a lot , And the same thing he insult my mom in his Pov in title > Insult My Mom
Pov 5 : His signature > He put me as a signature and insult my mom and my country > Insult My Country
I got annoyed with this person because he always insults me and my parents.
And all of that I think that guy have too many bans in his main and twink.

No such a rule as targeting if someone broke rule they can put a forum on you , if admin made wrong decision then you can file an admin complaint and if he broke any rule same you can file a complaint about him wrong title as no rule like that​
